Total Health Physio is the largest rehabilitation centre in the Ancaster, Hamilton, and Brantford area, offering Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Registered Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, Shockwave Therapy, and Custom Bracing. With 6 private treatment rooms and a 1300 square foot gym space, we thrive on providing quality treatments in a one on one setting to the Ancaster and surrounding communities.

We are a state of the art facility, providing treatment aimed at maximizing patient recovery and preventing injury. Whether you are trying to rehab an injury or improve your overall quality of life, we can teach you how to be the best you possible. Most of our services are available through direct billing to your insurance company making it easier for you to reach your health and wellness goals.
